The Welltec Office in Esbjerg was constructed in under 11 months, from contract to handover. 

The administration building features large glass facades and a double-height space in the reception area, seamlessly connecting the functions of the building in an open atmosphere. 

Abundant light through glass facades 

Inside the white concrete, brick, and glass-clad administration building, Welltec welcomes guests from around the world in a bright and friendly environment. 

A stroll from the administration area through the changing facilities, with views of the courtyard, leads to the production hall constructed in dark concrete. 

The glass partitioning is replicated on the first floor on the walkway, contributing significantly to the bright, open layout. 

The reception, meeting facilities, and cafeteria are located on the ground floor.
