We put a significant emphasis on educating and developing our employees through various initiatives, including introductory days where new employees are acquainted with DS Flexhal's DNA and the structure of DS Gruppen. New employees are also assigned a mentor from their first day.
We support established employees who demonstrate skills and interest in leadership.
We have several employees trained as occupational health and safety coordinators.
Currently, we have two certified structural engineers (construction class 2).
